My name is Claire Duncan, and I am from Springville, Utah. I graduated from BYU in 2025 with a B.S. in Sociology and minors in Global Women’s Studies and Family Life. I love sociology because it offers an analytical yet compassionate lens for understanding the experiences and needs of those around us, and it equips us with tools to develop meaningful solutions. My research interests center on families and children, education, and social policy.
