Current Graduate Student

Biography

I am from Racine, Wisconsin and graduated from BYU in 2022 with a BS in Sociology and minors in Spanish and Business. I love sociology because it helps me be more like Christ and develop more love and empathy for the people around me. I have a two-year-old son, so studying sociology has helped me be a better mom and being a mom has made me a better sociologist. I love studying sociology at BYU because the professors are the best mentors you can find. My research interests are motherhood, first-generation college students, and community.
